This was one of my first ever pieces that I did not use a pattern for. Although it has a simple look to it, getting the shape right was pretty tricky. It taught me how to form a pattern to fit the curvature of the body. The fabric was also pretty tough to work with and was the first non-cotton fabric I worked with.
